Terms and Conditions
To purchase from us, you must have a registered company or association with a VAT number. You state your VAT number in connection with the order. If you do not have a VAT number, please send us a message via the form on the Support page.
We only accept orders through our web portal or via card terminal during fairs and events.
Save the receipt (e-mail) you receive from us at the time of purchase (sender: hello@technologybooks.online). We reserve ourselves for possible misprints and incorrect data due to technical or human errors. Changes to the following terms must be agreed in writing between Seller and Buyer to be valid.
Prices
Prices are stated for each product and are stated excluding VAT (reverse charge). Please note that shipping costs are not included. Shipping costs are specified on purchase and are shown on your confirmation. Shipping costs vary between countries.
Any other additional costs in addition to the shipping cost, such as duties and charges associated with the introduction of the product to a country other than Sweden, will be charged to the buyer. We comply with DAP – Incoterms® 2010 International Delivery Terms. You can read more about this under the “Delivery” section.
Payment
Payment is made via www.technologybooks.online with credit card, or via PayPal. When ordering more than 10 copies, please contact us at +46 733-282 929 or hello@technologybooks.online for discount and delivery details.
You can feel safe with card payments through this website, we work with PayEx (SwedbankPay) for secure payments over the Internet. PayEx payment solutions are PCI certified by Visa and MasterCard. For security reasons, we do not store sensitive payment information such as the card number. All payment information is encrypted on the PayEx (SwedbankPay) payment server, which is secured with SSL certificate.
When purchasing with credit card, your account will be charged at the time of purchase. Specified card payment receipt is issued, when confirming your payment, to your e-mail address.
You can also pay via PayPal account. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can pay with your credit card via PayPal. Specified payment receipt is issued, when confirming your payment, to your e-mail address.
Delivery
We cooperate with PostNord (the leading supplier of logistics solutions from the Nordic countries) for deliver worldwide. Delivery time is between 1-6 days depending on recipient country. We comply with DAP – Incoterms® 2010 International Delivery Terms. More information about Incoterms® 2010 can be found here.
Complaint
You are entitled to return a product that is already damaged when unpacking. Your order confirmation or receipt is then valid as a guarantee certificate. Be sure to document the damage immediately when unpacking, and contact us immediately at hello@technologybooks.online.

When using / purchasing any of our services / products, we collect your personal information and process them in accordance with our privacy policy. Content Avenue AB is personally responsible and is therefore responsible for processing your personal information in accordance with the principles of this policy. We are prepared to protect your personal information and therefore comply with all applicable laws and regulations that are in place to protect your privacy.
Force majeure
Content Avenue AB is not responsible for failure of what if we do not have reasonable control, including strike, war, law or natural disasters.
